  • Level 1- On elbows and knees

  • Level 2-On elbows and toes

  • Level 3- elbows further from toes

    2-FACE UP PLANK

  • Level 1- On shoulders and buttocks

  • Level 2-On shoulders and feet

  • Level 3-On shoulders and heel

3-FACE DOWN LEG RAISE

  • Level 1- One leg at a time

  • Level 2- Both legs

  • Level 3- Both legs from 90 degrees
