2-FACE UP PLANK
Level 1- On shoulders and buttocks
Level 2-On shoulders and feet
Level 3-On shoulders and heel
3-FACE DOWN LEG RAISE
Level 1- One leg at a time
Level 2- Both legs
Level 3- Both legs from 90 degrees
